Meet the Authors

Mark Fletcher is an e-learning designer and developer specializing in the Rapid e-Learning Development using tools such as Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Storyline. He has worked with many blue chip client companies including Adobe Systems, eSyncTraining.com and Wiley Publishing. Over the past several years, Mark has presented at a number of conferences on e-learning. He lives on the northwest coast of the United Kingdom.

Lauren Milstid holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and was featured in Patti Shank’s The Online Learning Idea Book: Volume 2.

She is involved in all phases of the instructional design process. Her common responsibilities include script-writing, voice-overs, sound editing, graphics production, interaction design and development, client and SME management.

Eric Nalian is a Learning & Development Specialist with Sun Communities, Inc. He can take any topic and construct an engaging learning experience around it. His courses always start with a doodle on a whiteboard and end with a satisfied learner! To develop these courses, Articulate Storyline is primarily used along with PowerPoint and Photoshop.
